Mental Health Services

Individual Therapy

We’ll help you explore the root of your mental health symptoms while providing you with effective coping skills to navigate your life as it is today.

This option is ideal for those ready to commit to consistent therapy (weekly or biweekly) to address the root causes of their symptoms and work toward meaningful change. Sessions combine talk therapy and mind-body practices in a supportive environment. Our services are trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and welcoming of all identities.

Couples therapy focuses on building empathy and understanding through structured discussions and reflective exercises. Grounding techniques and co-regulation practices are used to strengthen connection, improve communication, and foster a healthier relationship dynamic.

Sessions are based on Imago Couples Therapy techniques, which include reflective discussions on how childhood and early life experiences, including attachment wounds, influence how individuals show up in romantic relationships. This approach helps couples gain deeper insight into their patterns and create a more compassionate, connected partnership.

Our commitment to offering lower-cost therapy options is founded on the belief that everyone deserves access to mental health care.

Our affordable drop-in therapy program offers a practical, solution-focused approach to help address immediate concerns, with sessions scheduled as needed to fit your life. Each session includes compassionate talk therapy to explore solutions, mind-body practices to ease symptoms of stress, and a tailored resource bundle to support you beyond the session. This flexible and holistic model empowers clients with tools and strategies for managing life’s challenges.

Guiding you out of "survival mode"

Your brilliant mind and body have been doing exactly what they needed to do to keep you afloat over the years. However, chronic stress and unresolved emotional pain can cause a disconnect between your mind and body, leading to anxiety and physical health concerns.

We aim to provide you with the necessary tools to begin healing your whole self and effectively manage the impact of stress on your life.

Meet the Practice Owner

Adora Punnett

(she/her)
Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

When you’re treading water and feel like you’re running out of steam, I’m here to help.

My therapy practice supports individuals and couples who are feeling stuck in survival mode and unable to access the parts of themselves that bring a sense of joy, presence, and fulfillment in life.

My approach promotes healing through the trust and connection we build in the therapeutic relationship alongside evidence-based mind-body practices. We will take the time to uncover how your past has influenced who you are, often in ways that have gone unnoticed. You may feel caught in patterns of people pleasing, relationship and boundary issues, perfectionism, or habits that are taking a toll on your mental health. Whether it’s fear holding you back or past traumas influencing your decisions, we will work through these layers to create a path toward healing.

In support of all parts of who you are, my approach is culturally sensitive and trauma-informed. I integrate a variety of therapeutic tools and approaches including psychodynamic therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), inner child work, mindfulness, and somatic techniques to address your mental health from a holistic perspective.

I specialize in supporting people experiencing stress, emotional overwhelm or numbness, health anxiety, relationship challenges, family-of-origin trauma, and grief.

I believe that everyone has the power to heal their wounds, and I will be there to walk alongside you on that journey.

We are here to support you in mind and body
