Getting started with therapy is simple

1. Fill out the form

We will contact you within 24 hours on weekdays with therapist availability and appointment time options.

2. Book a consult

Get to know your therapist and complete a comprehensive intake session to determine your treatment plan. The first 15 minutes is a free Meet & Greet, and you can decide if you’d like to move forward with the full paid session.

3. Start therapy

At this stage, you will receive your Whole-Self Healing Workbook & Sensory Safety Kit to support your journey both in and out of sessions.

Selecting a therapist to assist you on your healing journey is a big decision. Many people have inquiries about treatment in general and our specific method. These answers should help you determine whether or not we would be a good fit.

Our modern, evidence-based approach blends traditional talk therapy with body-focused techniques. Clients who feel that venting isn’t enough tend to find mind-body therapy practices beneficial as they allow for a deeper level of emotional processing. Our approach is founded on current research that stress and emotional pain are not just stored in memory, but also in the body. Our process gently supports our clients in nurturing the mind-body connection as the foundation of healing.

Once you submit a booking request form, we will email you our consultation booking availability. You can expect to receive this email within 24 hours on weekdays and within 48 hours on weekends.

As a new client, we begin with a 15-minute meet-and-greet consultation at no charge. This is an opportunity to connect, discuss your goals, and determine if we’re a good fit. If you feel comfortable, you can choose to move forward with therapy sessions tailored to your unique needs.

At our core, we value compassion and understanding, and we will never pressure you to continue if it doesn’t feel right for you.

During our sessions, we will take the time to genuinely listen to your story and assess the tools that have been effective in your life so far. We will then work collaboratively with you to build on these tools and create a personalized approach towards achieving your mental health goals. In the first session, we will provide you with a copy of our Therapy Resource Guide to support you throughout your journey. Our approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in mind-body techniques that can help you address and heal from the impact of chronic stress and emotional pain.

You and your therapist will work together to create a treatment plan that is tailored to your unique needs. The frequency of your therapy sessions will depend on your individual circumstances. Many clients attend weekly or biweekly sessions, and then shift to monthly maintenance sessions once their treatment plan is complete. You will receive the Therapy Resource Guide at the start of therapy, which contains several months of material if you attend sessions weekly; however, there is no obligation to commit to a specific length of treatment.

After each session, you will receive a receipt upon payment. This receipt will contain all the necessary details for you to submit a claim for reimbursement from your insurance company. Currently, we do not offer direct billing for therapy sessions.
We recommend that you contact your insurance provider ahead of time to determine the extent of your coverage for therapy with a Registered Psychotherapist if you plan on using it.

To support this goal, we’ve created a drop-in affordable therapy program for individuals who face financial constraints or have limited time, making it difficult to commit to a consistent treatment plan.
